I devoured your article, relating to what you wrote. When I moved to Los Angeles years ago to pursue acting, it became very clear to me that “Entertainment is Education”. And that most of the images and sounds we consume are used to mold our perceptions of ourselves and the world around us.

Films, television programs and advertisements tell us who should be living in which neighborhoods, pursuing certain careers and driving particular cars.

When we reminisce on our youth, we often talk about the music we listened to and how it informed who we knew, what we wore and how we should sound. None of it is coincidence.
